Deanna Grimstead, Ph.D. (She/her) has studied at the intersections of ecology, climate, and human culture and behavior since 2002. This work included seeking to understand how past and present conditions can inform future predicted climate and environmental change and policy and planning decisions. As a testament to Deanna Grimstead’s strong moral code and compassion she served as a Fire Fighter and first responder for 12 years.
